Do MX Retreaded tyres throw their treads?
NO! Since 1989 MX Retreads have never had a tyre throw a tread. This includes regular use in races such as Finke Desert race,one of the fastest and toughest race in the world on tyres, where speeds are often in prolonged excess of 180kph on rocks and whooped out roads.

Do MX Retreads last as long as other more expensive new tyres?
Yes, rider feedback and testing by independant magazines tell us our tyres last at least as long, if not longer than new tyres. This is due to the natural rubber compounds used in production of MX Retreads.

Are MX Retreads suitable for professional riders?
Absolutely. MX Retreads has had their tyres win in just about every competition there is, including MX, Enduro and Cross Country. Included are over 130 State and 5 National Enduro and MX titles, class wins at Finke, 2 silver International Six Day Enduro silver medals, and the entire Japanese team at the Australian Safari chose to use our tyres.
