Mx Retread Race Results for 2007

Riders using Mx Retreads prove yet again that you don’t need to waste $130 plus on tyres to win races. Mx Retreads were also used in this year’s Australian Safari and the Finke Desert Race with good results.

James Craig
James finished 4th in the WA Open MX Class. While looking to finish 3rd in the ’07 Series a bad start and a small crash in the final round saw that hope slid away. Better luck in the South West Interclub Series for Jim who dominated most rounds to take 1st place overall.

Daniel Woodward
Daniel road well to finish 3rd overall in the WA MX Prolites. He had the speed and ability to win this class but a few DNF’s due to some big get offs through the season put paid to that. Daniel finished off the South West Inter Club series in 2nd place.

Brodie Black
Brodie dominated the Intermediate Lites and won the State Title in that class. Next year sees him step up to the Senior Open Class on a CRF450 with the big boys.

Greg Yates
Greg was looking good for another WA Enduro Title in the Vets, but a huge trip over the bars at the last round broke his femur in 2 places and that was that. Shane Shephard ended up winning this class giving Mx Retreads another state title.
